Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

Ingredients:

  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet)
  • 2 cups AP flour

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together. Make sure the banana is completely mashed and there are no chunks. I use a food processor to slightly “puree” the banana (do not overdo it or it will liquify). Once the ingredients are combined put mixture into 2 loaf pans or you can make muffins by placing in muffin pans. Bake for about 30-45 minutes until they are a golden-brown color. Remove and let cool. I always place mine in an airtight container to keep them moist and soft!
